Website Design Review

This is a clinical review of your current Website Design, Hosting Services, and Website Back-end Coding.

To conduct this full review, we will require admin login to your Hosting, WordPress Login, and others as needed.

To begin this investigation, we will require a conversation concerning the objections of this company, the website, and current advertising target areas. We will also need some history of work performed on the website design.   We are estimating that this consultation time to be less than two hours.

Final Report:  I will report on all the subject items listed below with recommendations in a single report.  We will review historical performance if your organization has previously connected Google Analytics and Search Console.  This review will be an online zoom meeting on the items found and placed into the report.

1. Hosting Configuration: Complete review of DNS, CDN, Backup, and Site Performance Ratings.
2. Back-End Settings: Sitemap review to the website for any failed links, HTAccess review for issues and adjustments needed for missing or incorrectly mapped pages, and robot.txt inspected for site tracking.
3. SEO Configuration Tools: Bing and Google Analytics are configured and working, Google Search Console, Bing – Google Business Profiles, WordPress SEO Tools (Yoast).
4. WordPress Configuration:  Review Plugins for compatibility, settings, and version stability. Inspect SSL settings. Inspect site SSL. Website load performance and cache tools used.
5. Page and Blog SEO Performance: The section is Focus Key phrases, Headers tag usage, SEO Titles, Slugs, Meta Descriptions, SEO Analysis Rating, and Readability. We will not include content spelling and grammar analysis in the package, but if there is something obvious, we will note it.
