Oil-Free System

Working with Hydraulic Actuators can be messy, dangerous and noisy. When you add all the equipment necessary to control on displacement or on force, costs can sky-rocket. This system eliminates many of these issues.

Actuator Life -Example

Air Cylinders, Hydraulic Cylinders and Electromechanical Servo Actuators will all need repair or rebuild after a useful life. We believe that these quality actuators will provide great performance and reliability, but it is important to review life curves. These curves project the years of continuous use at 700, 500, 350, and 150 pound force of continuous loading.

This actuator was specifically designed for cyclic durability testing for automotive, medical, furniture, commercial and aviation industries. It eliminates messy hydraulics and low performance issues with air. This system will cost less to operate than air or hydraulics. An Ethernet network cable is all that is needed to link this unit to other control equipment. The standard Modbus TCP/IP protocol interfaces this actuator to the main controlling equipment. This actuator may be used as a “plug and play” sub-assembly in test machines or other types of industrial equipment.
